Westminster Suncoast and Westminster Communities of Florida are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Milton, and our top priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and team members. We are actively planning and preparing for the storm and are taking all necessary precautions. We will provide updates as they become available and throughout the storm.

We are actively planning and preparing for Hurricane Milton. Pinellas County has issued a mandatory evacuation order for low-lying areas in Zones A, B and C, including our community. Independent Living residents are urged to evacuate as soon as possible. We are actively working on finalizing evacuation plans for Assisted Living and Nursing Care residents and will provide further updates. We will remain at our evacuation sites until advised that it is safe to return home. We will continue to follow the recommendations of the National Hurricane Center and continue to update with any new developments.

We are monitoring the course of Tropical Storm Milton and following the guidance of the National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service. At this time, it is unclear what the impact will be, or whether our communities will be impacted. Please know that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure safety. We will provide updates as our plans develop and the storm’s track becomes clearer.
